As a small business our clients, service, time, and schedule of appointments are important to us and as such the following policies are in place and will be applied.
Late Policy
Please arrive 5mins prior to your appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we may have to cancel and reschedule your appointment as we will not be able to provide full service within the time remaining.

Cancelled Appointment Policy
Cancelled appointments within 3 hours of your booked time may result in a surcharge up to the full amount of your service payable on your next visit.
